cope with crop water requirement and running of channel with optimum discharge. This

irrigators which are deprived off their due share of water from years will get their due
share.

a The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 73.206 million against
provision of Rs. 40.1 million in umbrella PC-1. The procuring
agency may justify the additional cost over and above the
provision made in umbrella PC-1.
The provision of Rs. 40.1 million in
umbrella PC-1 is tentative cost while
actual cost is Rs. 76.762 million
estimate cost as per site position.
b The length of channel proposed in the instant PC-I is 27365
ft (RD: 0+000 to 27+365) against the provision of 27675 ft
(RD: 0+000 to 27+675) in umbrella PC-1. The procuring
agency may justify decrease in length for concrete lining
with reference to provision made in umbrella PC-1
The length of channel proposed in the
instant PC-I is 27365 is correct while
umbrella PC-1 of 27675 ft is incorrect
and written due to typing mistake.
c As this is a perennial channel the procuring agency is
required to justify .The non provision of diversion channel.
This is non perennial channel. No
necessity of diversion channel work
can early executed be stipulated time
period.
d The Procuring Agency may justify/ amend the detail
provision of 1% plantation because tree plantation is meant
for deposit to Forest Department
