Project Description:-
Nucleus Software is handling the management of Production Environment of Lending SRS and Collection module for Captive Auto
“FinnOne”.
Role/Responsibilities:-
Working as a PEM for Nucleus Software, for last 6 months.
Handling the Change Management as per the following:
Provide inputs to client with regard to the schedule for any changes on which visibility is available
On receipt of a change request, raise necessary requests with change owner for documentation
Reviews of documentation to ensure that change are being planned according to the available maintenance windows
Follow the process of Change request creation
Present changes before the Change approval board and answer queries raised by them
Change support team engagements and follow up with them for support
Support deployment by ensuring that change happens within the agreed timelines
Record any learnings / hiccups during deployment and escalate the same to the related parties
Record actual timings of deployment and post deployment process
Handling the Capacity Monitoring as per the following :
Monitoring space utilization of various production and pre-production environments
Follow-up and ensure maintenance of holidays for all countries in respective calendars
Check and monitor maintenance of holiday calendars
Handling the Incident & Problem management as per the following :
Ensure engagement of related vendors as per the agreed SLA
Ensure availability as per the published roosters
Post resolution of Incident follow-up with incident owners for submission of Root cause analysis (RCA)

various PeopleSoft modules.
Role/Responsibilities:-
Been a PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 Technical consultant for Infosys Limited, for the 18 months.
Handling Development & Production Support for one of the biggest Audit Firms, for European Middle East Asia and
Canada/Mexico implementations.
Responsible for providing effective technical support & solutions to the client - including documentation for the Modules
covered under Support Contract.
Managed a team of 4, after initializing and building the Primary Support Team for the client from Mangalore DC.

Elsevier wants to re-implement its current version of Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS), 11i, with the latest version, R12. Five countries
are included in the first phase of the project: UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Canada and US. The Infosys solution leveraging Oracle E-
Business Suite Financials Release 12 provided MGI with a more flexible general ledger and better visibility into accounting thus
reducing the potential for accounting errors and enabling the company to manage international operations with minimal staff.
Role/Responsibilities:-
