  6. 6. They are more entrepreneurial than Gen Y. 17% of Gen Z vs. 11% of Gen Y want to start a business and hire others.
  7. 7. They don’t multi-task as much as Gen Y. 54% of Gen Z vs. 66% of Gen Y multi-task.
  8. 8. Instant messaging is Gen Z’s biggest work distraction.
