Our new auto pollution diagnostics software allows drivers to monitor their vehicle's emissions levels in real-time. The software fulfills customers' needs for improved emissions testing by providing details on a vehicle's air quality and helping ensure a smooth long-distance trip. It offers financial benefits compared to competitors by providing high-quality emissions data at a lower cost.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive function. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against mental illness and improve symptoms for those who already suffer from conditions like anxiety and depression.

This document introduces a new health breath testing product that analyzes breath particles to provide genetic and medical test results. It aims to allow patients to receive test results quickly by blowing into a state-of-the-art breath tester at the doctor's office. The product would fulfill customer needs for compulsory, genetic, and health testing through an easy sample collection method and advanced particle detection. It has the potential to offer financial advantages for customers compared to competitors by providing quality testing at a lower price.

Analytics and Small Hospitals: Embracing Data to Thrive in the New Era of Val...Health Catalyst
Value-based care has remade the healthcare landscape for small hospitals. Many are struggling to compete with the larger, better-funded medical centers in the communities they serve. Embracing data and analytics is no longer a luxury for these organizations if they are to succeed and remain competitive. Data analysis can assist senior leaders in identifying opportunities for improvement while balancing long-term goals with short-term pressures. Incorporating data in to the culture and making it a part of everyday decision making will enable smaller hospitals to not only survive, but thrive in the new era of value-based care.
As requested by Copeland Associated Management Team, our team has completed an analysis of the toy industry and here are our findings. This report outlines the Toy Industry and looks into three main competitors within the industry, Hasbro, Mattel, and Jakks Pacific. We have outlined three key success factors that must be obtained to reach success in the industry. Overall, the data shows that this report portrays what it takes to be a leader in the industry currently and in the future.

Abstract: Smart devices sense the environment through their sensors and leverage the contextual information derived from the sensor readings to satisfy system requirements such as energy and carbon efficiency and user preferences. Smart buildings compose of smart devices, and local sensors of the devices and device controllers in a coordinated network. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) offers a centralized view of the entire networking data plane elements to a logically centralized controller. While smart buildings and ubiquitous computing are heavily researched, later advancements in networking are not exploited in achieving tenant-aware smart buildings.
This paper describes the research for the design, prototype implementation, and preliminary assessments of Cassowary, a middleware platform for Context-Aware Smart Buildings with Software-Defined Sensor Networks. By extending SDN paradigm and leveraging the message oriented middleware protocols to seamlessly connect the smart devices of the buildings to the centralized SDN controller, Cassowary enables context-aware Software-Defined Smart Buildings.
eScience consists of computation-intensive workflows executing on highly distributed networks. Service compositions aggregate web services to automate scientific and enterprise business processes. Along with the increased demand for data quality and Quality of Service (QoS) for an accurate outcome in a shorter completion time, execution of the eScience workflows and service compositions are also required to be distributed efficiently across various geo-distributed nodes. This paper presents Mayan, a Software-Defined Networking (SDN) based approach for service composition.
Mayan i) facilitates an adaptive execution of scientific workflows, ii) offers a more efficient service composition by leveraging distributed execution frameworks, in addition to the traditional web service engines, and iii) enables a very large-scale reliable service composition by finding and consuming the current best-fit among the multiple implementations or deployments of the same service.
Cloud network systems and applications are tested in simulation and emulation environments prior to physical deployments, at different stages of development. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) enables separating logic and execution from the data plane consisting of switches and hosts, to a logically centralized control plane. The global view and control available to the controller enable incremental updates, management, and allocation of resources to the networks. However, unlike the physical networks or the networks emulated by the emulators, current network simulators still lack integration with the SDN controllers.
Hence, currently it is impossible to efficiently orchestrate a simulated network through a centralized controller, or realistically model the controller algorithms and SDN architectures without having the resources for a one-to-one emulation. To address this, this paper presents SDNSim, an SDN simulation middleware, which leverages the principles of SDN for continuous development of cloud and data center networks. SDNSim is an “SDN-aware” network simulator that integrates with the controller through plugins for southbound protocols such as OpenFlow, to execute the algorithms incrementally thus deployed in the control plane.
Yigal Landau is a businessman and the CEO of Ratio Oil Exploration. In 1992, he co-founded Ratio along with his father and others to focus on oil exploration in Israel. While early efforts focused on onshore exploration, Ratio shifted to exploring the Levant Basin offshore in deeper waters. This risky move proved successful when the Leviathan gas field was discovered, estimated to contain 22 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. Landau believes Israel needs energy independence and private sector exploration to prevent dependence on other countries for fossil fuels and bring economic benefits.
