Fakt ist: Auch und gerade im Zeitalter technischer Innovationen - Roboter, selbstfahrende Autos, 3-D-Drucker - wird es ohne gut ausgebildete Mitarbeitende keinen bzw. keinen wettbewerbsfähigen Anstieg der #Arbeitsproduktivität geben.
Viele Lehrlings-/Ausbildungsverantwortliche fragen sich deshalb: Welche #Kompetenzen und #Fähigkeiten sollten wir ausbilden? Wie müssen wir unser Vorgehen im Betrieb ändern, um junge Menschen zu gewinnen und zu halten? Wie machen wir unseren Beitrag zum gesamten Unternehmenserfolg deutlicher?

(3) Richten Sie Ihr #Geschäftsmodell und die interne Organisation konsequent auf die für Sie relevanten Zielgruppensegmente bzw. #Berufsorientierungscluster hin aus; insbesondere die #Lernsysteme, die Ansätze zu #Commitment und #Bindung Mitarbeitender, eingesetzte AC-Tools, sowie Feedback- und Zielvereinbarungsprozesse.
(4) Die #Digitalisierung, konkret: Maschinen und Automaten, wird/werden an immer mehr Stellen menschliche Arbeitskraft ersetzen. Daneben entstehen aber auch komplett neue Berufe. Für Berufsbildner ist damit die Überprüfung der #Berufsbilder, #Ausbildungsberufe, #Studiengänge und der Curricula verbunden; wissend, dass sich die Nachfrage nach Fachkräften komplett verändern wird.
(5) Die Berufsbildung muss vermehrt konstruktiv mit Mehrdeutigkeiten und Gegensätzen umgehen: #Agilität vs. #Sicherheit, akademische vs. berufliche Bildung, operative vs. strategische #Talentplanung.
(6) Die Berufsbildung muss und wird einen Beitrag zur Entwicklung der #Arbeitsproduktivität leisten. Daneben sind #Personalleitungen / #CHRO mit Blick auf alle Arbeitskräfte innerhalb des Ökosystems - nicht nur innerhalb des Unternehmens - umfassend gefordert.
