- 3. What is the PeopleSoft SCM SIG? PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management Special Interest Group is a product-specific users' group comprised of all PeopleSoft Enterprise customers that have licensed PeopleSoft Supply Chain products.
- 4. Key SCM SIG Business Processes • Order to Invoice – Order Management – Enterprise Pricer – Billing – Product Configurator • Plan to Produce – Planning – Manufacturing – Engineering • Inventory Management – Fulfillment – Receiving/Putaway – Replenishment
- 5. SCM SIG Value Proposition • Information specific to all users of PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules • Networking o Other Enterprise customers & Oracle Strategy o Assist in leveraging current release o Upgrade planning • Common voice to Oracle on current and future releases

Recent Accomplishment • Oracle had announced that Manufacturing would no longer receive Premier support as of March 2018 • Existing customers would be impacted since enhancements made in other areas of the system could “break” Manufacturing. • Any new bugs would not be fixed by Oracle. • Potentially faced with the choice of either freezing PeopleSoft at that time or moving to a new ERP. • The SCM SIG worked with Quest to convince Oracle to reverse this policy. Manufacturing will now be fully supported going forward.
