Following on from the unprecedented success of our 2018 event, I am
delighted to invite you to the 10th Air Mission Planning and Support
Conference which will be held in London on the 9th and 10th April.
The geo-political landscape is as complex today as it has ever been. We
live in a highly dynamic and multipolar world where new threats and new
challenges can emerge from the most unexpected places. Nations and
governments around the globe must equip themselves to deal quickly and
effectively with new threats. This requires an emphasis on three specific
attributes: agility, adaptability and resilience.
The ability to act swiftly and decisively is one of the fundamental strengths of
military Air Power. However, if Air Power is to deliver all that it is capable of,
its employment from the strategic to the tactical level must be planned with
great care and consideration. History is littered with examples where, in their
haste to employ Air Power, nations have failed to achieve their objectives as
promptly and effectively as they might have done.
The previous nine Air Mission Planning and Support Conferences have looked
at lessons from history, the contemporary space and future developments
in this vital area of military operations. Using feedback from attendees at
our previous conferences, we have put together an exciting programme of
world class experts to deliver the 2019 event. This conference will bring senior
military leaders, project teams and technical experts together to debate,
discuss and shape the future of Air Mission Planning and Support.
I have every confidence that we will build on last year’s success and raise
the bar even higher. For anyone working or with an interest in the field this
is an incredibly important conference. The exchange of information and
ideas will provide the fertile ground from which to reap the true rewards from

Payment: If payment is not made at the time of booking, then an invoice will be issued and must
be paid immediately and prior to the start of the event. If payment has not been received then
credit card details will be requested and payment taken before entry to the event. Bookings within
7 days of event require payment on booking. Access to the Document Portal will not be given
until payment has been received.
Substitutions/Name Changes: If you are unable to attend you may nominate, in writing, another
delegate to take your place at any time prior to the start of the event. Two or more delegates may
not ‘share’ a place at an event. Please make separate bookings for each delegate.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your attendance at an event and you are unable to send
a substitute, then we will refund/credit 50% of the due fee less a £50 administration charge,
providing that cancellation is made in writing and received at least 28 days prior to the start of
the event. Regretfully cancellation after this time cannot be accepted. We will however provide
the conferences documentation via the Document Portal to any delegate who has paid but is
unable to attend for any reason. Due to the interactive nature of the Briefings we are not normally
