2. Das MiReBooks Projekt (2018-2022)
• Internationale Partnerinnen und Partner mit Fokus auf Bergbauindustrie
• European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) RAW Materials
• Ziel: Bewältigen der Herausforderungen im Bereich der Ausbildung im
Bergbausektor
• Mittel: Neue Technologien – Mixed Reality

2 Testvorlesungen á 60 Minuten
Insgesamt 23 Studierende
Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg
Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule
Aachen
Montanuniversität Leoben
Im Distance Learning Format via Zoom
16. Ergebnisse
Projektinterne Ergebnisse:
• Test-LVs wurden positiv wahrgenommen
• Hohe Usability (Benutzerfreundlichkeit)
• Studierende sprachen dem Tool gute Eignung zu
• Lehrende lobten Möglichkeiten
• Allerdings hohe Abhängigkeit von verschiedenen Faktoren

21. Ergebnisse (offene Fragen)
Studierende:
“Certainly, it can be very helpful in gaining knowledge about the hidden
side of machinery and operational aspects of mining, plus it can enable a
virtual mine visit with enough vision of many details.”
„It would have been helpful to keep the slide with the instructions on how to
use the tool up during using it (functions of the different buttons on the
controls)”

22. Ergebnisse (offene Fragen)
Lehrende:
“Specific contents and calculations still require more classic tools, but for a
good realistic introduction it can be really helpful”
„Sometimes I was not sure if everyone is following me, even though there
are green lights at the bottom indicated. It is something one needs to get
used to“

22
23. Erkenntnisse
21.10.2022
23
24. „It should be integrated into the education process at a larger
scope. Not only at universities, but it also can be interesting
for raw material professionals to train the staff.”
