This software system foresees the integration of the day-to-day works of Quad Tech Graphics. This
application contains the Collection Agents, Collection Server, Diagnostic Server, Service Desk Explorer, and NOC. The
Collection Agent is used to generate the event messages about the SW/HW details. Collection Server receives the
messages from Collection Agent and signals the message to the Diagnostic Server. Diagnostic Server receives the
messages from the Collection Server and sends the same to SDE and NOC. Service Desk Explorer acts as a client which
provides the service for all the problems generated by Collection Agent via Diagnostic Server. NOC show the details of
the customer and event details in the map.
