Change Control Plan
Change Control Plan
In order to incorporate any changes, the Project Manager must:
(i) ensure that changes to the project have a strong business
justification.
(ii) monitor and control the cost and other impacts of approved
changes.
(iii) obtain the appropriate level of approval for changes.
(iv) ensure that project changes are understood and that team
members do not begin work on new or unplanned tasks before
change requests are approved.
(v) maintain a clear and accurate record of changes made over the
life of the project
Conclusions
• Simoda, West Virginia
would benefit from a
Wind Farm in their
community
• Wind Energy is
environmentally friendly
and a step towards a
more sustainable future
• General Electric would be
making a good
investment
