Octamec's foundations were laid in 1983 under its group company Metal Engineering
Corporation (MEC) which was founded to design, manufacture and supply top quality steel
structures. Octamec then pioneered the use of Space Structures in 1991 under its flagship
company Octamec Engineering Limited.

Safintra Roofing India’s roll-forming operations are carried out in its state of the art plant in
Taloja Maharashtra. The company uses only the most high-tech machinery to produce a
number of profiles which can be take up complex geometric shapes unlike profiles from
other producers. Branded Roofing Products include Comax 1000, Trimflute, Safzip, Versatile
and Saflok 700. Safintra India is also the only roofing company in the subcontinent to

Octacurve

Octacurve Buildings are built of Steel (Galvalume/ Zincalume/ Galvanised, etc.) and
Structural grade Aluminium. Octacurve buildings are completely self supporting, wherein an
additional frame support structure is not required. The Buildings are built by mobile roll-
forming machines mounted on a trailer and built on-site. The structures can be built without
support columns, beams or trusses creating a structure with 100% useable space. An
Octacurve building of upto 20,000 sq ft can be manufactured in a single day.

GlazO Technologies India ltd is a subsidiary of the Octamec Group to provide glazing
technologies to the building industry including Curtain wall systems, Unitized systems,

Automated Pull through beam welding, painting, computerized pre-punched roll forming
machines, and super standing-seam machine (taper, concave and convex profiles).
A quality conscious workforce guided by QC operations at every station adds up to a virtually
fault-free finished product. The manufacturing process is streamlined to ensure that by the end of
the production cycle each building is ready to ship ON TIME EVERYTIME. Our quality
