Brief	on	Key	Activities:
My keen interest is to innovate and explore new opportunities, which had opened new ventures in all
my responsibilities in different organizations throughout my professional journey.
 To start with Cadmach Machinery – I was responsible to establish a new division which
was called NON PHARMA DIVISION. The key was the machines which were designed initially
for Pharmaceutical applications were modified and were used for NON Pharmaceutical
applications.
Single handedly I established this new market and a new Vertical within Cadmach. Today this
is equally important division in all Pharmaceutical Machine Manufacturers.
 During my tenure with Johnson Screens, got involved in establishing NEW Division –
Mining and Mineral, and General Industrial in India. This activity apart from Marketing
comprised various activities such as – Market Research | Product Development | Establishing
New Plant | Technology Transfer from Overseas | Testing and Installation.
Had established new team and executed all the above in very short period of 1-2 years, and
made the second most profitable division within the Indian Group.
 During Jekson Vision, had established their Marketing Network and Service Team all over
India. Although being electronic item had successfully acquired the knowhow and increase
the market share from 2 cr pa to 15 cr pa.
 During Vedic Pack Systems, was in charge of 5 German principles. Had successfully
introduced their products in India and secured various orders in short time independently.
This task involved techno commercial and process coordination between Vedic HO in Pune,
Principles HO in Germany and Key customer (mostly MNC) in India.
At present working with Apollo Screens Pvt Ltd – Ahmedabad as GM Marketing responsible for
Domestic & Global Mining &Minerals ; Industrial Screens Business.
