payable process and the recommendations implemented resulted in

- P card penetration increased from 5% to 26%
- Increased Discount capture which lead to increase in working capital by $320K
- Reduction in vendor Queries by 25%
Further process automation was designed to minimize the manual efforts that led
to development of Macros to collate data to a cost effective real time CFO
dashboard that assisted in reporting key business metrics like Discount coverage,
Paid on time %, First Pass yield, etc.,
Lean approach to eliminate NVAs and wastes in the process. Sig sigma was
adopted to implement the projects.
