Introduction • • The guiding principle on internal displacement defines Internally Displaced People as “A person or groups of persons who have been forced or obliged to flee or to leave their homes or places of habitual residence, in particular as a result of or in order to avoid the effect of armed conflict, situations of generalized violence, violations of human rights or natural or human-made disasters, and who have not crossed an internally recognized State border” i.e. they remain under the safety of the same government but are displaced to Extreme remote areas where living conditions are harsh and Humanitarian aid hard to reach. Internal displacement can happen due to many reasons some of the major reasons are political instability, armed conflict, and large-scale natural or man-made disasters.
