5. When you decide to begin coaching, you will: Choose the number of sessions you would like to start with, and how often you want to talk Complete some questions and exercises to help us both get to know you better

6. During your first coaching session we will: Clarify your coaching agenda Review your Life’s Intentions Begin to create specific goals and action steps

11. For more than 15 years I have worked with individuals and groups who are seeking greater fulfillment in their careers and lives. I hold my Professional Certified Coach designation through the International Coach Federation, as well as a Masters degree in Counseling and a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
