26. Innovative Automatic Measurement System
IBB RHEOLOGICAL PROBE is designed to measure fresh concrete
properties with-in the ready-mix drum automatically without sampling.
It can continuously monitor concrete, Slump, Temperature, Viscosity,
Drum Speed and Concrete Volume.
IBB Rheological Probe is a very precise sensor.
This innovative system contains a probe , a solar panel and a LED
display receiver, which provides the required data in real time.
IBB Probe system saves labour, reduces concrete waste, and it is a
green technology that enhances market value and compatibility.

28. IBB Probe System Manager
IBB Probe System MANAGER has been designed to help Concrete Producers
to manage the probes installed on their trucks (Diagnostic ), to collect automatically
the data generated during all deliveries and to help them to analyse the concrete
and operation performance, including driver behaviour.

that can be accessed remotely and uses a two way
local (within the batching plant area) communication
between the probes, the receivers and the plant
computer and operator in order to:

 Transfer data from previous deliveries to
