Climate is a fundamental and unchanging force which contributes to generate a regional architecture in compliance with its environment. Beyond the use of recyclable materials, the Bio Climatic Design (high ceilings (10 feet) and naturally induced cooling cross ventilation in every room), addresses priorities existing in vernacular architecture giving to the town house a character of nobility and lightness.
