located in NCUOne. To access the capture tool, follow the tutorial found in this week’s
resources.Analyzing situational, path-goal, transformational, and adaptive leadership
approaches can help you understand how to improve your leadership style. Assume you
have completed relevant professional development and must report your findings to your
leader and colleagues. Prepare a narrated presentation to address the following: Briefly
explain each of these four leadership approaches in the context of PSEL standards reviewed
earlier in this course. Assess the strengths or benefits and potential weaknesses or
limitations of each of these four leadership approaches. Use examples from your
experiences to highlight your thoughts. Describe the characteristics of a successful
transformational leader you have experienced. Predict how you will effectively apply these
