selected candidate must be contacted
to inform the status of application.
 The company need to prepared the
offer letter as soon as possible after the
selection.
 Once an employee accepts an offer of
employment from an employer, a
contract of employment or also known
as contract of service comes into
existence.
 In contract of employment, the
employee agrees to work for the
employer and the employer agrees to
remunerate the employee.
 The terms and details of employment
should be stated clearly to avoid any
disputes in the future.
