Over Nine years of experience in Building Engg. Structure industry, Onshore structure and RCC Rebar structure.
Model Preparation & Generation of Detailed Shop & Construction Drawing, Revit Structure, Nevisworks Manage & TEKLA Structure model & drawings and also project specific Family Making, Schedule, estimation & Bill of Quantity’s for RCC drawings. Clash Detection checking & coordination among Structure, Architecture & MEP.
• Work with various disciplines and external parties to create BIM and subsequent drawings
subsequent drawings based off schematic drawings and models.
• Coordinate BIM team in modeling and simulation of projects based off existing 2D CAD plans.
• Assist both internal and external team members in the development of construction
construction documents and as-built document creation and maintenance.
• Work with various parties to update as-built model and 2D sheet files through construction
through construction with changes on-site or from the client.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance and proper utilization of company / project standards,
templates and content.
• The ability to monitor model and document quality and integrity.
• Managing & delivering the appropriate visuals to team members to support their work.
• Working closely with the respective design teams to ensure that Project needs have been
understood and incorporated. Integrate the design information being developed for
incorporation into the model to ensure that it is in the appropriate format and of sufficient
quality for acceptance.
• Integrate of the design input of the model to identify clashes and produce and manage a clash
report.
• Oversee the extraction of key data from the project model to produce scheduled material
quantities
• Interface cross functionally to ensure that the right people get the right information at the right
time.
