Copy paste work is very simple ,you can
copy the data by selecting the text or
sentence then press shortcut key CTRL+ C
, all selected data ‘ll copied .then you can
paste it anywhere by pressing shortcut key
CTRL+V ,all copied data will show there ,

The second method of copy data is that you just right click on certain selected
paragraph ,a new window ‘ll open click on second option copy , it will copied ,
Then paste this data to anywhere by right click on a page ,a window open ,click
on paste option , the other method to paste data is , Go to HOME and click on

In the Object dialog box, select the Create from File tab, and then click Browse to
find the file you want to insert.
To link to the source file, rather than embedding it into yourWord document ,select
Link to file. Same method will use for other applications like Excel and AccessIts mean connect your current
document to an existing document
,when you link a file to your
document source file data will
open to your current document .

Navigate through your folder structure and select the file you want.

Export a database object to another Access database
On the External Data tab, in the Export group, clickAccess. ...
Access opens the Export - Access Database dialog box.
In the File name box on the Export - Access Database dialog box, specify
the name of the destination database and then clickOK.
The important feature which use as import and export table or other
database to MS excel orWord is that , right click on the specific table
which you want to export ,click on export , it will open a new tab,
choose a file where you want to export your file then click next and then
finish
