coming out of the colleges get the kind of exposure

5.create a college portal/Net work where they can share ideas

them to

7.encourage students to form their own groups /Forums where they
have the
liberty to discuss and deliberate and plan
8.Make a use of your previous years batches or seniors who
already have been working
in the software industry and get their expert advise
9.As soon as you land up in any job ,if you feel you are
threatened or left
out , find your own group
10.Use the internal channels available to put you in the right
environment
11.Discus with your HR department ,seek guidance and help
12.Read internal portal /circulations and understand the
organization culture
and try adoption to it.
13.Read good blogs and posts that discuss these topics freely
14.Join face book groups or any other social network groups to
educate/share
your thoughts there by you gain the knowledge of others
experience
15.Show to your seniors that you are taking things seriously ,Be
polite with
them and appreciate their time seek their help

costliest yatch and let them do fishing there by
emphasizing the fact that "teaching them to fish
instead of feeding them with fish" that will
get them thinking on those lines.
15.Do mental strength exercise which will
improve their mental ability
16.Put them in yoga classes which will relieve
their stress and thereby letting them think
through any issues in clear state of mind

that will employ the students coming out of
