COMPOSITION
Polyurethane Foam is made with an aromatic isocyanate which has been exposed to UV lights.
The composition includes:
•Polyol : is a synonym for polyalcohol which is obtained from proplyne and ethylene oxide.
•Isocyanate: It is a highly reactive substance which easily binds with other substances like alcohol,
determining the rigidity of PU foam.
•Water: It creates in reaction with isocyanate carbon dioxide which acts as a blowing agent in
the production.
•Catalyst: It speeds up the reaction process and ensures equilibrium in the polymerization and
the blowing reaction.
•Stabilizer : It ensures the homogeneous structure and stabilization of the cellular network in the
reaction process.
