Open Service Design Ltd is a boutique consultancy. We help organisations as they explore and iteratively integrate how to 'think and act differently'. In essence, we help you by: * Diagnosing, clarifying, and reframing challenges, problems, and opportunities; * Reflecting on current practices, behaviours, processes, capabilities (the 'ecosystem'); * Providing practical, pragmatic advice and leadership on how best to influence change; and * Thinking ambitiously, sometimes radically, about what the future could be like.
