Annexure (Few recent significant projects) Projects:
Title: Program Manager of Cloud Migration of Etihad Airways
Period: Jan ’17 onwards
Description: Etihad Airways has initiated a program to migrate all their applications running in current
data center to new Cloud data center in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and in Milan (out of region) data
center. IBM has to finish these migration work (106 Applications) within Nov 2017of 2017
and then Etihad will initiate decommission of existing data centers.
Additionally, we are driving a big SOA transformation program in Etihad to align with new
Cloud data center architecture.
Title: Program Manager of Platform Migration of APMM (A.P. Moller Maersk)
Period: Jun’15 to Dec 16
Description: APMM has initiated a program to migrate all their applications from MF and Sun Solaris
environment to Linux based IBM cloud infrastructure. IBM has to finish these migration
work (Application, DB, Middleware, MQ) in various projects within Q1 of 2017 and then
APMM will initiate decommission of existing MF and Sun Solaris servers post hyper-care.
Our team got the Blue Riband award from ML for excellent delivery during one of the
migration project.
Additionally, we are driving a big automation program in APMM to reduce cost, improve
GP and improve quality of service and client satisfaction by implementing automation in
phased manner. We also need to show quantitative improvement month by month and
quarter by quarter from Q4 2016 by improving productivity, clocking less hours and
solving more incidences, service requests and reducing knowledge transfers time. Also we
need to reduce tickets quarter by quarter leveraging other tools such as Log Analyzer and
CAST. All these will lead to reduce cost, improve GP and improve quality of service.
Title: Crit-Sit Manager of PSAI (Port of Singapore Authority International)
Period: Jan’15-Jun’15
Description: PSAI has initiated a Container Terminal Control System to manage the demand
functionality of Terminal management. Project was supposed to GO Live in Sep 2015.
Project was planned to be delivered in four phases (four increments) and already one
phase is delivered and the rest three phases are planned. However PSAI does not see a big
business benefit of this project and they have decided to put the project ON Hold.
