for 80,000 people that will be built from scratch in a rural location close to
Chengdu and later replicated in other parts of China.

1/ Build founding team.
2/ Build community beach head in SF/Oakland, and use an
established campground as testing ground.
3/ Start by renting the entire campground and hosting cash-flow
positive week-long retreats there.
4/ Once ready, master lease campground and move a large group
of people to campground (they sign 1yr lease).
5/ Once we've moved a large group of people there and validated
thesis, execute option to purchase campground and purchase
options on surrounding land.
