Advanced hiring* is a mechanism that allows our candidates to get a job offer within
a couple of days and be hired without having a reference for other projects.
After the official employment procedure is over, we choose a project together
based on the candidate's skills, experience and preferences.

project?
Yes, you will get your full salary

How long does it usually take to
find a project for an employee?
According to our statistics, the process
takes around 2-3 weeks.
What will I do while looking for a
project?
You will be interviewed for different
projects (without any rush), study and
take courses in the Luxoft training
center. All company benefits will be
available to you.
Do I choose a project myself or
will the company pick one for
me?
If you get several offers for several
projects, you can choose the one you
like most.
What happens if an employee
fails to find a project?
There have been no such cases at
Luxoft. Anyway, we always try to meet
the needs of our people. If you need to
upgrade your skill level, we would be
happy to welcome you to our
upskilling program, where you will be
able to study and be paid a salary.
