Understands and executes projects, preventive, corrective and
maintenance on Telco and Non-Telco equipment in scopeofwork under
his responsibility
 Attend technical meetings with our client
 Project preparation and monitoring
 Installation and supervised of all power equipment’s on the cell sites
 Plan budgets for the department
 Responsible for supplying of grid to the cell sites
 Mounting and powering of both LV, HV transformers, energy meters and
supply grids to the sites
 Informs Site Supervisors of bad performing sites according to SLA,
 Installations and maintenance of all power related equipment on the cells
 Measures the performance of Subcontractors based onSLA
 Provides daily SLA report ensuring data is aligned with ATC data, keep
daily, weekly and monthly logs of SLA data and weekly report on
frequently underperforming sites and teams.
 Ensures that generator details from ASP on fuel are accurate and
consistent.
 Implements operations strategies and action plans to ensure that the
daily availability target is achieved
 Conducts site maintenance audits & reporting e.g. site visits as per
plan, inspection of quality work from field technicians, etc.
 Help other stuffs to fix complex issues
 Ensures that all site access& maintenance works are done through clients
approval procedures
 Ensures that service delivery is in accordancewith laid downstandards and
within SLAs.
 Creates corrective / preventive procedures fordifferent products
accordingto manufacturer’s recommendations, reviews and updates

access to updated procedures.
