in WordPress
Step 1

7. Log in to WordPress and go to your site’s
Dashboard.

8. Under the Pages menu, select Add New.2.

9. Name your new page “Privacy Policy”
and add your Policy’s full text to the
main text box of the page.

10. Click Publish to make your page go live.4.

site to your Privacy

12. Go back to your Dashboard.
Under the Appearance menu,
click Menus.

13. Name your new menu. (Note: The name
isn’t that important and can be
something like “Footer Links”
or “Legal Links”).
Click the box next to
your Privacy Policy
page and click
Save Menu.

14. In the Appearance menu, select Widgets.3.

15. In the Available Widgets section, find the
Navigation Menu widget. Click and
drag it to the sidebar or footer
section depending
on where you prefer
your Privacy Policy
to be linked. Select
the menu you just
created that has your
Privacy Policy included.

16. Your WordPress site will now
have a linked Privacy Policy page.
