2. We haven’t always focused on specific leadership development initiatives, yet we’ve clearly
been successful in growing the business and building leadership capability. How have we
managed to develop leaders over the years?
3. What specific skills have we developed? What are we good at “passing down” to emerging
leaders?
4. Who’s doing all of this leadership development? Where is it happening most often? (at what
