6. Additional Information 6 If identified , the edition of the book is beneath the heading “Table of Contents” and is near the end of the line. Refer back to slide 3 for reference. This example does not have an edition. Indicate the volume number; it is also identified in the same area. Typically, we do not need to worry about a series name or number; see your teacher or a librarian if you are not sure. The editor of the book is beneath the heading “Table of Contents” and will be prefaced by the text, “edited by”. Refer back to slide 3 for reference. Remember to hit “add” to make the editor’s name stick.

Final Fields: Online Retrieval, Basic Information Scroll down to the final section called “Online Retrieval, Basic information”---we typically will not need to worry about the other fields prior to this section. Type in the words Discovering Collection for the name of the website or database. For the URL, you have two options. Scroll up the page and look for the word “infomark” above the box for “basic search.” Click on infomark and copy/paste the first URL you see. You can either copy and paste the infomark URL in the URL box OR you may generate a short URL to put in the box using http://www.tinygaleurl.com/ . 7
