The Joint Commission is the nation’s oldest and largest

Alan Rubel, Database Administrator for Joint Commission
Resources, was responsible for creating and managing web
services through Salesforce that are used to bi-directionally
move account, contact, marketing and financial data. On
average Rubel was building 15-20 web services a month,
writing custom C# code for each one. In addition he was
implementing a web based reporting platform.
Rubel started searching for a software tool that would simplify

In April 2013, Rubel engaged with Pragmatic Works, a Microsoft National Systems Integrator with Gold
Competencies in Business Intelligence and Data Platform, to begin using a software tool called Task
