IBO-s can buy consumer products (more than 50 000 types) from Amway with reduced price. If the old IBO finds a new customer, a little share of the new member’s future turnover (bonus) belongs to the „finder“ or „founder“. Thus, IBO-s have a clear compensation plan. The regular work of IBO is about motivating and instructing people how to find and buy goods from web, distributing information, explaining and supporting other IBO-s.
