common. Freedom to innovate, Learning/growth, and relationships were the top words
selected. Almost all of the 49 words can be lumped into a few different themes.

From a list of 80, our team ended up choosing many of the same words. There are 11 words that we consider deal breakers.
Freedom to Innovate, Happiness, Good Leadership, Trust, Opportunities, Being Challenged, Influence/Power, Physical
Environment/Setting, Sense of Purpose, Respect, and Relationships
With a much more concise list, it was difficult to draw themes out. One thing that is clear, we are driven and motivated by
being part of a happy workplace with a good team, great relationships, and strong leadership.

Freedom to Innovate, Happiness, Good Leadership, Trust, Opportunities, Being Challenged, Influence/Power, Physical Environment/Setting, Sense of Purpose, Respect, and Relationships With a much more concise list, it was difficult to draw themes out.
