OF HOUSING

Provide overall administration and management of all aspects of the residential life
program, marketing and summer conference programs in a community of 1,100 students
(of various academic classes including significant numbers of international and transfer
students) in four communities with nine buildings. The department is an auxiliary
enterprise. Hire, directly supervise, train, and evaluate professional staff, graduate resident
directors, and fifty student paraprofessional staff. Teach, developed and passed through
curriculum committee a Foundations of Leadership for Residential Life and Student
Involvement class. Collaborate with campus on various committees including the
leadership co-curricular certificate program, student affairs resource fair, and Welcome
Week planning. Responsible for the assessment of all programs and initiatives in the
department; responsible for the marketing initiatives for the auxiliaries.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and supervision of the Residential Life Program
(600 beds; 3 residence villages). Hired, directly supervised, trained, and evaluated nine

all student conduct related referrals and administrative hearings for residence hall
