NATION WIDE 102,000 Are waiting for an organ 28,000 Received a transplant 6,441 Died waiting for an organ (That is 19 a day)
A NATIONAL TRAGEDY!! 7,000 QUALIFIED DONORS DID NOT DONATE. IF 2500 OF THEM HAD DONATED NO ONE WOULD HAVE DIED WAITING FOR AN ORGAN IF ALL HAD DONATED, THE WATING LIST WOULD HAVE BEEN REDUCED BY AT LEAST 20,000.
ALL OF THESE DEATHS WERE PREVENTABLE

0 = number of lives lost if only 2,150 more had donated
19 = THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO DIE EACH DAY WAITING FOR AN ORGAN!!!
4% = THE CHANCE THAT YOU WILL NEED A LIFE SAVING ORGAN TRANSPLANT
