this is a report from singapore infocomm technology federation. It shows how more than 120 organisations in singapore have allocated their budget for 2010. Mktg budget for nearly 45% of organisations surveyed have their online media bucket increased, while only 20% of those surveyed have increased their print budget. Those who have no change are quite equal throughout. And interestingly, 25% of organisations surveyed have cut their print media budget. And this print budget is probably being shifted to online media

It’s estimated by christmas it will be 50% with more smart phones offerings from iphone4, android and windows phone. This growth pace is possible as 70-80% of all new mobile phones sold are smart phones. And in the future, smart phone will just be the normal basic. Just like how now almost every basic have got a build-in camera and color-screen.
