Editor's Notes

  1. In the beginning of the season. It was the end of May due to bad weather
  2. My plot is the one with my sage bush already in bloom and the rich looking soil (thanks vermi-composting and beautiful WATER!)
  3. This is when I first put my seedlings in. I lost a few in my house waiting for the weather to break.
  4. This is when everything decided to really bolt! Marigolds, strawberries, onions, carrots, celosia (the pink flower) and sage in the background.
  5. This is the side for the community and Growing Power farmer’s market contributions.
  6. Before I had to trim my sage back and give some clippings away. It is PROLIFIC!
  7. This was my first harvest. I only took what I needed for my salad and a few peppers for some other meals during the week.
