devising business strategies and decision-making. Has wide experience in working Capital management, Financial forecasting,
Business strategy, Budgeting, Foreign transaction. Fund raising, Bank and investment. Having 35yrs experience in business he has
been involved in oil and gas, Telecommunication and Transport, Airlines and infrastructure development, He has formed

Construction. Bashir Airlines, Bashir holdings, Bashir Nigeria Limited, Bashir Transport, M&A International Consultants, Hajara
farms.
Engr. Benjack Akudinobi
Director Finance and Banking
He coordinates the efforts of the esteemed board members. He is charge of Accounts, Finance, and Graduate of University of
California. Handled projects in real estate investment, oil and gas, infrastructural development, Has vast experience in raising
finance for projects. He has vast experience in start-up companies, reviving old and moribund companies. Experience in printing
and ICT. Formed Northwest Petroleum Company, Head A.A Daniels Investment Nigeria Limited. Maven soft L limited. With 31yrs
of entrepreneurial. Experience both in United States and Nigeria.
Engr. Tony Ezeanyika
Director Project & Operation
He provides visionary leadership to the Team of Staff. With an experience in Project finance, Resource management and Business
analysis. Overseas, liaises with government and their agencies. Liaises with Private Institution and organization. Handles investor
relations, infrastructure development and outsourcing. Project evaluation, Contract designing, project design, execution and
evaluation. He handles partnership and capital investment.
