5. CJH Hat Day FBLA will sponsor Hat Day for all 7th-9th grade students on Friday, September 17th to raise money for the Make-A-Wish foundation. Students may pay $1 to purchase a Hat Day Bracelet and then wear a hat during school on Friday. Prizes will be awarded in each grade for the most school- spirited hat, most creative hat, and craziest hat. Stop by Mrs. Sexton’s room or Mrs. Thompson’s room before FIFTH PERIOD on Friday if you want to enter your hat in one of the special contests.
6. CJH Hat Day Hats must be appropriate! No bandanas, no inappropriate logos, pictures, or words. No emblems, insignias, or symbols related to gangs. Hat Day Bracelets will be sold Tuesday through Friday in Mrs. Sexton and Mrs. Thompson’s Room. Only students who have purchased a Hat Day bracelet will be allowed to wear a hat during school on Friday. Let’s all show our Cougar Pride and support the Make-A-Wish foundation to help sick children this Friday!

10. Lunch Menu Monday: Chicken Quesadilla, salsa, tossed salad, rosy applesauce and krispy treat. Tuesday: Baked Ham, brocolli w/cheese, apple crisp, and hot roll. Wednesday: BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, seasoned green beans, sliced peaches and hot roll. Thursday: Spaghetti w/ meat sauce, garden salad, apple w/ carmel dip and breadstick. Friday: chicken sandwich, baked beans, corn on the cob, gelatin w/fruit and pickle slices.
