Watch this tutorial to learn how parents can use the OptionC School Management System to view grades, assignments, attendance, and the STM school calendar.

1. To Access OptionC visit
www.optionc.com through any
browser. Click LOGIN.

2. Our school ID is 3025. Click on
St. Thomas More School
(Allentown, PA)

3. Log on to our secure site with
your OptionC Username and
Password. You will receive your
UN and PW the first day of
school. Contact the main office
if you need assistance.

4. Once logged in, you will see the
Family Dashboard. If you have
more than one child, a section
will appear for each child. At a
glance, you can see an overview
of your child’s assignments.

5. For more detailed information,
about your child’s classes, visit
the STUDENT MENU and select
CLASSES
Your child’s current average for
their classes will appear in this
window.

6. To view a detailed list of ALL of
your child’s assignments, graded
and non-graded, visit the
STUDENT MENU and select
ASSIGNMENTS

7. Filter
assignments
by missing,
late, graded
and future
View
assignment
type, and
due date
Assignments
from all of your
child’s teachers
appear in one
place
Graded
Assignments
appear with an
ABC check

8. You can Filter
assignments by
Class if you want
to see
assignments in
one subject area

9. Click on the
Assignment Link
for more
information
about the
assignment.

10. At the end of
each quarter,
the final grades
will appear for
each of your
child’s classes.
You can access
this screen by
visiting the
Student Menu,
and select Term
Grades

11. View Attendance History by visiting the
Student Menu and selecting
Attendance History

12. Access our STM
Parent Calendar
by visiting the
Office Menu and
selecting
Calendars

13. During the month of September,
families are able to update how they
want to be contacted in case of
school closing or emergency
Visit the Communications menu and
select Manage Alerts to identify
how you want to be contacted
