Finnish Cuisine Is Mostly Cooked In Finland
1. Finnish cuisine is mostly cooked in Finland, but some finnish meals are also
cooked in Sweden and Russia. Traditional finnish cuisine is based on the local raw
materials. They use a lot of rye, oat, barleycorn, dairy products, blueberries,
cranberries, fish and meat. Besides of the usual beef and pork meat, they also
use reindeer and elk meat. The characteristics of finnish cuisine are plainless
and fresh ingredients.
