Vansant Lad to be one of her many heroes in this life and feels he saved her life in
2. some eye opening way through understanding about the Science of Life to where a
lame man or woman could have good understanding. He is the author of The
Fundamental Principles of Ayurveda a collegiate read. If you read the Bible, Torah, and
Holy Koran read Dr. Vasant Lad books in conjunction for understanding about holistic

mottos that she uses which she obtained from her Grandmother Mary Avington Pearson
is, “If you make your bed hard then get up and make it over, but never lay in nothing you
are not comfortable with or unhappy with”. Note from Tunisia Al-Salahuddin No matter
how angry and mad you may get, but when you hit that kitchen door to cook leave it all
at the door before entering the kitchen and be at peace while you prepare the food.
