Year round camp for seriously ill children

canoeing, crafts, horseback riding, etc

4. Mission Statement
The Mission of Camp Boggy Creek is to
enrich the lives of children who have chronic
or life threatening illnesses by creating
camping experiences that are memorable,
exciting, fun, empowering, physically safe
and medically sound.
5. Association of Hole in the Wall Camps
Camp Boggy Creek is part of the Association of
Hole in the Wall Camps.
AHWC is an international family of camps and
programs that provide life-changing experiences
to children with serious medical conditions,
always free of charge.
6. The Association of Hole in the Wall Camps was
started by Paul Newman in 1988.
Today, more than 200,000 children and families
have received the restorative support of a Hole in
the Wall Camp experience
7. The Campers
Campers can attend family weekends all year
long or week-long summer camp sessions.
Each session is grouped based on the illness
that the children have.
Trained team of medical support ensures that
camp is completely safe for the children.
8. How to Get Involved
Camp counselors are always needed, either
for the summer or for family weekends
during the year.
You can submit an application online.
Volunteers are of all ages, from 19 to 70
years old!
