4.  Follow various quality parameter for optical
media production like mechanical parameter and
electrical parameter.
 SOP (standard operating procedure)
 Quality of compressed air is always oil-free &
moisture-free.
 Meet quality parameter of water like DM
water,Soft water,Raw water,RO water.
 Quality of steam always dry and saturated.
 Meet temperature difference of chilled water
distribution through the operation.
 Meet quality parameter of water using in
condenser to achieve higher refrigeration effect.

5.  Successfully conversion of silver electro
plating to aluminium plating for DVD disc.
 MAMA Platinum GOLD disc with anti-scratch
layer of lacour production for NASA.
 Successfully changeover of ammonia
compressor oil cooling system from water
cooling to ammonia cooling.
 100% condensate recovery from process by
installing PPPU unit.
 Changeover of high stage motor to low stage
motor by new aeration system in ETP plant.

Thermax Erection and Commissioning at

 4)Erection and Commissioning of ETP
plant(by SAI ENVIRO)
 5) WTP Plant Installation at AMUL, Faridabad
 6) 2000 KVA DG(Perkins make) erection and
commissioning at AMUL, Faridabad

8.  7) Installation of 550 cfm capacity Air
Compressor(ATLAS COPCO Make) at
AMUL,FARIDABAD
 8) Erection and commissioning of 8TPH
FO/PNG fired Steam Boiler(thermex Make)
 9) Erection and Commissioning of 1410 TR
refrigeration plant at AMUL,FARIDABAD
 10) 100 MTPD milk powder plant erection &
commissioning at AMUL Palanpur.

9.  To choking of RO membrane due to high turbidity.
 Chances of screw compressor machine getting
damaged due to liquid comes .
 Chances of steam parameter equipment getting
damaged due to quality of fuel.
 Alfa Laval Pump seals getting Damaged due to high
temperature of product.
 Bag filter bag getting torn off due to improper
pressure regulating.
 Bearing misalignment of gear box of 450 kw motor.
 Air Compressor Lubrication oil Pipe getting damaged
due to cavitation.
 Vibro Fluidizer improper vibration occurring.
 Dehumidification not happening in MUNTERS.

10.  Ammonia leakage from economiser expansion valve.
 Improper ice formation in ice silo.
 -15 Accumulator ammonia leakage from strainer.
 To manage & maintenance of all oil rectifier as well air
purging system.
 To manage all accumulator level switch as well level
transmitter equipment to avoid compressor breakdown.
 To manage all maintenance activity in RO equipment.
 35m3/h R O plant membranes choked due to high TDS.
 Micron filter not passing accurate pressure to high stage
pump.
 Activated carbon filter giving high chlorine value & fail FRC
TEST.

index) checking procedure.
