female demographic.

                   BEUNYTED.COM
                   The BEUNYTED social environment is the UnYted’s integration of social networking meets positive current
                   events and news. To help meet the needs of the quick-paced Generation Y Female, the blog is composed of short
                   articles, with an abundance of photos, and the opportunity to create your own, individual space. BEUNYTED is
                   the one-stop spot for your healthy dose of positive-news and inspiration, which leaves you feeling with an over-
                   whelming sense of power and pride, ready to take on the world and become UnYted!

                   UNYTED MUSIC INTERNATIONAL (UMI)
                   Based upon UnYted’s multi-platform content strategy and the mass market success of artists such as Taylor
                   Swift, UMI was created to partner with artists to produce, distribute and administrate positive music with the
                   Motown “singles” strategy. UMI will also develop new artists who align with the UnYted brand. UnYted experi-
                   enced tremendous feedback to this music strategy as it streamed content during the beta phase.

                   NOHONA COCONUT WATER
                   Nohona Coconut Water comes from the young green coconut, which has not fully matured. It can be considered
                   a living water and possesses a multitude of health benefits. It is very low in fat, higher in potassium than a ba-
                   nana, a super food filled with minerals, vitamins, amino acids, sugars, enzymes, and growth hormones. Nohona
                   contains lauric acid, which is the anti-viral component in human breast milk. Nohona water offers the human
                   body the necessary hydration and nutrition needed to combat bacterial and viral infections. Nohona means Way
                   Of Life and is the Official Coconut Water of UnYted.

                   60 SECONDS OF WINGS
                   60 Seconds of Wings is a one minute vignette of positive news, tips and inspiration to lighten up your day and
                   lift you up. This content is slated to launch April 2010 with host Susie Castillo and will be widely distributed via
                   Westwood One Radio Networks, Transit TV, print publications and UnYted mass internet presence. UnYted
                   intends on 60 Seconds of Wings reaching over 100 million people a week in over 10 languages.
DOING MY PART
YOU have the opportunity and power to create real change in the world by doing a simple action, one
time to make a real difference in solving the worlds most devastating problems. DMP is structured to
grow with the people - as the number of “doers” increases, the more non-profits and charities DMP will
have the ability to fund. Based on a Give 3 Get 3 call to action, DMP will be the movement that organized
a little bit of help to create a lot of change.

THE ALEXIS JONES SHOW
Alexis Jones turns television talk upside down on this daily talk show, The Alexis Jones Show. The show
explores young womens issues with in studio celebrity guest interviews, live music performances, on
location docu-style reporting, investigations and a comedic sidekick. The quick-witted commentary of
Jones promises to bring a refreshing perspective to relevant social issues facing women today ultimately
empowering young women; encouraging them to reach their goals and achieve their dreams. Based on
years of personal experiences with both young women and their mothers this show promises to deliver
substance to TV that the female demographic is longing for. As many females say, smart is the new sexy
and in that context this show will be a must for many of the A-list celebrities! The concept has already
garnered the support of Hollywood heavyweights endorsing Alexis Jones as one of the most influential
voices of this generation.

CANDACE CAMERON DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Television superstar Candace Cameron is developing a slate of projects with UnYted including feature
films, scripted TV shows and TV MOW’s. The first two projects to hit the market will be “The Intervention
of Molly Shaw” and “Miracle Chaser”. Candace Cameron’s relevance within the generation Y female
demographic is stronger than ever as her new show on ABC family continues to perform in the 12-34
female demographic. UnYted is honored to be working with Candace.

REMOTELY PROGRAMMED
A feature length documentary led by Jesse Woodrow that exposes the negative effects of sensational-
ism and investigates three theories as to who is responsible for this drug. Not dissimilar to Al Gore’s
Inconvenient Truth or Morgan Spurlocks SuperSize Me, Remotely Programmed promises to address
this ever increasing problem head on. The information uncovered in this picture will be something you
soon won’t forget!

Dean of the UnYted Academy, is also Director of Broadcasting and Telecommunications profes-
sor at Pepperdine University. Before becoming an educator, she produced more than 100 com-
mercials and starred in 200 national campaigns.

Joyce Quick,
UnYted Academy’s Curriculum Consultant, is a psychotherapist in private practice
and author of several books and more than 1,000 nationally syndicated radio shows.
Joyce is in charge of developing and writing the UnYted Academy curriculum.

Aaron Young,
CEO Boys & Girls Club of Santa Monica, advises the UnYted Academy on its ongoing
relationships with the Boys & Girls Club of America.

Devin Engebretsen,
Director of Athletics and Head Basketball Coach at Notre Dame all girls High School in San
Jose.

Susan Sherwood,
Is an accomplished corporate and community leader. She is an expert at creatively using infor-
mation technology to achieve organizational goals. She is also a concerned and caring mentor
with a passion for helping people—especially young people—grow and succeed on their own
terms.

Susan serves on the UnYted Academy’s Board of Directors because, in her own words, “I be-
lieve completely in the cause that the UA addresses. As I’ve watched my 20 year-old daughter
transition through the phases of adolescence, I have become increasingly aware of the negative
