  78. 78. 7878 What We Have Learned Assign 1 lead person to be in charge of the process document – Too many cooks in the kitchen is a recipe for failure Team members can bring topics up to assign lead It’s the owners responsibility to bring up new concerns and feedback to the whole group Lead is responsible for communicating the process to other team members and business partners HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE INVOLVED
