approval workflow (which you can have multiple levels if you like) and the
staffs can also get the claims approval and payment status online without
having to bother their superior or the Finance Department.
o Each claims can be connected to a movement, to make it easy for you to
track the claims and ensure that all claims have full information
accompanying it to reduce claims abuse.
o Each claims can also be connected to an advance requested previously,
where the system will automatically calculate the amount to be paid based
on the difference. This ensures that no overpayment is done.
Advances Management
o Should your staff needs to request for an advance such as advance when
they need to travel, they can do so online easily. They can also track the
approval and payment status online.
o The approval workflow can also be set just like the Claims Management
approval workflow.
