1. Position Summary
What is the main purpose of this position? Why does it exist? (e.g. to administer
client database; to create marketing strategies; to provide administrative
support to a department, etc.)
To support Executive Director in Planning, strategizing and implementation of
Plans for Sales , Diversification etc . Plant operations and new initiatives/projects
in Sales/plants for tracking & progress. The position was also help in MIS
projection and competition analysis.
2. Principal Accountabilities

Contribution and Completion of Classic Auto Tubes Related Projects
Scanning for new business opportunities .
Timely review/analysis of MIS with recommendations and possible solutions
Review/Analysis and Updates on key projects
To interact, Contribute and Participate in Strategy Formulation
Present some key Matrices related to manufacturing
Co-ordinate for various conferences
Interaction with different plants for monitoring actual vs budgeted targets
Administrative Co-ordination including travel arrangements for Executive Director
Major Projects in assigned Departments
All system related support to Executive Director

What are the critical challenges of this position? (e.g. foster positive
relationships with external vendors, research and resolve complex requests for
information in the absence of higher authority, determine all systems,
specifications and requirements and ensure that they fall within values,
standards and strategies, etc.)
Understanding the requirements of the production, Sales & Marketing and
suggesting appropriate recommendations / solutions for Executive Director’s
consumption..
Coordinating with plants and sales as per the organizational requirement.
Identify suitable diversification opportunities
Help in making project reports
