Role: MDM Admin
As a MDM Admin, responsible for MDM data upgrade from 9.0 to 11.4 and also upgradation of
services customized in MDM using Addition, Data extension, Behavior extension, SDP process and
Search.
Upgrade of the IBM MDM environment with latest patches and is also responsible for the support
production environments and enhancements. administration of the services developed using
inbound broker jobs inc. Other major responsibilities include performance tuning of Initiate
environments.
 Attended meetings with various business teams for the process of requirement gathering.
 Worked closely with offshore team and made sure the team met the dead lines as
